Yes, bein AWOL dis last time was long and happy. After 9 months, mi wife force mi fi guh back and dem didn't even issue a warrant from de time mi gone. Soon after, mi do some trainin fi Iraq and dem still neva waan seen I over deh suh. First, dem seh dem nuh waan kick mi out and dem waan seh mi guh ah Iraq. Then, dem seh dem waan send guh ah Afghanistan. Then, dem seh no we naw send yu no where. Come January, mi chat to de attorney and him seh dem waan gimme 7 years in prison fi missing movement and desertion. However, nuttin inna mi paperwork seh anyting bout desertion. Jus AWOL. Suh dem drop de charges and charge de I with AWOL and mi sentence de I to 30 days in Bell County Law Enforcement Center in Texas. Mi did 25 and from September 2008 to April 2009, dem refuse to pay me. Suh one day, mi decide mi naw guh ah work. And de next day, dem charge de I as AWOL again. Mi only did 8 days of extra duty and on May 1, mi get outta de Army. Man free. Funny ting. When mi look pon de paper and see de reason why mi get discharged, it said DRUG ABUSE. HAHAHAHAHA!! It tek dem 2 years fi discharge de I fi dem two piss tests mi fail back inna 2007. Screw de military. Bunch of controllin bastards.
