I an I know that even though I didnt grow up in the church...when JAH shineth the light the I is able to see some of the truth in things the I didnt overstand at church as the church's explanation didnt add up....Any one that was once a christian and JAH called them can relate to this

I n I grew in rastafari and like everyone i did not go looking for rasta, rasta found I, and i thankful for that day.  grew up in a catholic family, when i was 16 i went to a boarding school that allowed us to go to any church we liked, and because i was not happy in the catholic church went to every church that i could but my sould was not in peace in any of them.  that same year we moved and in the new area i met up with a few brothers who taught me about rastafari, and ever since that day, my soul has only aked me to praise Jah and be tru to H. I. M that day my soul found peace. my father does not understand my dealings with rastafari and when i was young i saw things in the way he saw them, but i could not denying my soul the peace that it yearned for.

InI too, was brought up in a Catholic family, but could not deal with the teachings of the Church, they never made sense to I, and then one day Jah Jah smiled on I and I answered my calling for RasTafarI.

I grew up very different from most.
I parent divorced when I was 2 and my mama, who received no support from her family went searching for supportive community, we travel up and down the east coast of Australia, living in yoga commune and ashrams, with sannyasans, in a Buddist community in Tasmania, "hippy communes",we always live in nature coz my mama is very roots and ital all I life. A couple of "deeper coloured skinned' people have a deep impression in I childhood, with a best friend aboriginal and another couple Afro-American, but pale skin the majority here :-(, I was very unhappy to encounter much racism from I grandparents and in schools and such,that I reject all that,fr long time, but I mother love and glorify tribal cultures so always I have deep raspect for traditional peoples of the world. I was so used to Eastern Spirituality that when I mother married a very christian man and send I too a Catholic school, I reject it, it wasn't until I was 25 that Christ and Sellaise I find I,living deep in a forest and smoke up plenty good herb and meditation,this is after after I bin singing ina reggae band with I Kingman for some years.Here in Nth New south wales there is large "tribal" movement, plenty drumming circles  and roots markets, herb sell in our streets in large quantities to many people every day, lots of environmental activist keep the trees in the ground, this a movement we bin apart of for many yrs, so we approach the reggae from an activist angle.Now we more Herb activists and here in Nimbin we have a protest every May with often 10,000 people coming, called Mardi Grass.
I still havent read all the bible, coz much of it is confusing to I , but thanx to Rasta and Iyah sense of Spiritual Guidance, it makes more sense to I.....long way to go overstanding it all tho.....
I think it was tampered with alot,and alot of the good stuff taken out but some of it is definitly part of the code I live by, Revelation come thru many sources tho....I keep I mind alert to Jah Guidance in whateva form it take....

ya place is nice,with our bredda n sistah there is such a blessings...
that is a big unification of all races gonna go "babylon down"
very favorable cause your place have some market,herbs and many roots ting!
But we,with herbalist_rasta n me,our place having such a big problem when u
get involved in such that activity,u can be inprisoned for a year even for a death penalty...
