Bless Up Family

InI was catching up on some new posts InI have missed this week and came accross a few posts regarding the Whereabouts of RasTaFari male counter-parts.  Known to most as dawtahs, Big and Little Sistahs, Princesses, Queens and Empresses, and where are the Rightous ones.  And though InI am not aspiring to answer ALL the questions on the board, InI am fairly certain InI can clear up a few things in one simple Reasoning.  InI also noticed a few new Sistahs on the boards and want to send a shout out to them.

To Overstand where InI am going InI will go directly to the source.  Yes.."His Imperial Majesty Haile Selassie I, Conquering Lion of the Tribe of Judah, King of Kings of Ethiopia and Elect of God"...  Yes, it is also true that RasTaFari Wombmen are usually forced out of Reasoning sessions as it appears to still be assumed that they are not Wise enough or Iverstand enough to participate.  When the waters get deep, many of us put our tails between our legs and take off our Rasta cap and return to being wife, mother, friend and such.  Many RasTa Wombmen don't know simple matters like the Importance of choosing the title one wishes to be addressed as.

One meets members/RastaWombmen who carries a name such as 'QUEEN' or 'EMPRESS' and insulted when refered to as Little Sistah or Princess, muchless Dawtah....That in itself is a bone of contention among RastaWombmen.  They see Wombmen new to Rasta Livity and Lifestyle demanding to be addressed as "Queen so-and-so or Empress so-and so" and they KNOW NOTHING Of RASTAFARI.  WORD POWER...WORDSOUND.

You take a Rightous RasTaFari Wombman who studies and Proves..One who Inspires her Kingman and goes further by feeding the hungry, clothing the naked and housing the homeless and a RastaWombman who has no Rasponsibities. Now this younger Sistren refuses to Raspect the Real 'QUEEN and "EMPRESS" who happens to be refered to as Dawtah, Princess and Sistah.

Now they choose to be called "Empress'..  The same title bestowed on H.I.M.'s 'Queen"..  They Raspresents nothing RasTaFari in words, actions and thoughts and brings down the worth of the title. HIM also widely known as the religious symbol for God incarnate among the Rastafari movement, founded in Jamaica in the early 1930s. To Ethiopians he has been known by many names, including Janhoy, Talaqu Meri, Abba Tekel, amongst others.  How can RasTaFari Wombmen address themselves by these titles and degrade all it stands for?  They do it because many allow them to get away with it without correcting and instructing them to the process to BECOMING RasTaFari.  The dedication and devotion to JahJah.  Is it any wonder so many get disappointed?  You're looking at the outside and not seeing the inside, the soul.  How actions were first thoughts before becoming an idea then a plan then into action.

Haile Selassie I was born Tafari Makonnen on July 23, 1892, in the village of Ejersa Goro, in the Harar province of Ethiopia, as Lij (literally "child", usually bestowed upon nobility). His father was Ras Makonnen Woldemikael Gudessa, the governor of Harar, and his mother was Weyziro (Lady) Yeshimebet Ali Abajifar. He inherited his imperial blood through his paternal grandmother, Princess Tenagnework Sahle Selassie, who was an aunt of Emperor Menelik II, and as such, claimed to be a direct descendant of Makeda, the queen of Sheba, and King Solomon of ancient Israel.
King and Emperor

Empress Zewditu crowned him as negus ("king", in Amharic) in 1928, under pressure from the progressive party, following a failed attempt to remove him from power by the conservative elements. The crowning of Tafari Makonnen was very controversial, as he occupied the same immediate territory as the Empress, rather than going off to one of the regional areas traditionally known as Kingdoms within the Empire. Two monarchs, even with one being the vassal and the other the Emperor (in this case Empress), had never occupied the same location as their seat in Ethiopian history. Attempts to redress this "insult" to the dignity of the Empress' crown were attempted by conservatives including Dejazmach Balcha and others. The rebellion of Ras Gugsa Wele, husband of the Empress, was also in this spirit.

Emperor Haile Selassie I also had an older daughter, Princess Romanework Haile Selassie, who was born from an earlier alleged union to Woizero Altayech. Little is known about his relationship with Altayech beyond that it allegedly occurred when the Emperor was in his late teens. His Majesty never once mentioned any previous marriage, either in his Autobiography or in any other writings. The Princess is listed among the Emperor's children in the official Imperial Family Tree published after his coronation[citation needed], and in every version since[citation needed]. She was granted the title of Princess and given the dignity of "Imperial Highness" upon the Emperor's coronation along with his other children, not something that would have been granted an illegitimate or adopted child.

Is it clear how these titles are earned?  Look at the Rasponsibilities of the 'EMPRESSes' and the "PRINCESSES'...  Those are quite Important titles in RasTaFari.  The titles 'QUEEN' and Dawtah' is just as precious.  But as in all things in life one muct grow into these titles.  A Princess had to have been a Dawtah and Sistah to attain the title 'Princess'.  Just as a "Queen" attains/earns the title of Monarchy/Empress.  A Queen and Empress MUST care and work for her people.  It is not a choice with that title.  It is a job now.  A Rastafari Wombman's Rasponsibility.  They have no time for any but themselves and then tell others what they should be addressed as.

With this said..Many meet RasTaFari Wombmen titled, "Empress and 'Queen' and ends up finding it is actually a Little Sistah or Dawtah they have hooked up with. Wombmen still chewing on 'bacon' for breakfast, pulls in to McDonald's still..Selfish and Self Distructive.  No Iritual Reasoning skills.  Always Mis-understanding..Yelling and Disruptive.  But those are the stages of growth she will need to pass through before full maturity as 'Empress and Queen is attained'. It's not the Wombman ones are judging but the title she carries.  She may in fact know nothing of the Raspect due to JahJah and ones see 'Empresses' and Queens' scarce.  But maybe those "Empresses' and Queens carry the simple titles of 'DawTahs, Sistah's and Princesses' and they simply have no time to be associated with petty issues that arise and grows and distract them from their Lives which keeps them forIver Loving and Praising Jah.  Glorifying in Jah's Mercies and Abundant Beauty and Grace.

So ones are fooled and through the misceptions of titles, many great "Empresses and Queens and passed over for out-spoken 'Little Sistahs in the guise as "Empress and Queen"

InI's views as to why ones cannot find the Rightous ones.  We need to put on Jah's glasses and see clearly, for most times she's been right near your side all along.  But another saw her for what she was and took her out of one's grip.  You Snooze, You Lose all over again.

Nuff Love
