Hi.  Okay, so I'm doing a project about Bob Marley.
Who I completely think is a brilliant man.
I'm researching him and learned that he is Rasta.
So, just to be able to write the correct information
about Rasta people, I'd like to hear from actual Rastafarian people.

I definitely think it's an intriguing culture.

To you, what does it mean to be Rasta? Is it more than just a culture or have
you taken it in as your personal belief system? A bit of both?

What really is the main purpose and belief system of Rastafaria?

How has being a Rasta changed your life? Positive or negative?

You can also tell me anything else about the Rasta culture.
Ex.  beliefs, traditions, origin, modern perspective on Rastas etc. . .

well for me Rasta changed my life very positively, I am a better person now and InI love the scriptures and everything that Jah (god) has to offer.
being a Rasta means devoting you life to Jah and His teachings and standing up against all the corrupt organizations (known as babylon). also it is not a religion it is more of a way of life there for there is no actual set of strict rules. each person kind of develops there own rules based of the bible to bring you closer to Jah.
to get a better overstanding of it try going to "rasta chat" and clicking on "Rasta school" there is a tun of great information there that will help you..

any more questions?

blessings and Jah guidance sis.
