Greetings in the Name of the Most High Jah RasTafari.
InI was having a reasoning today with a "confused" Rasta bredrin  Who informed InI that because I worship H.I.M Jah without apology that InI is breaking the first commandment "FIRST I AM THE LORD THY GOD THY SHALT NOT PUT FALSE GODS BEFORE ME"  Then informed InI that I read the wrong Bible that I should be reading "NEW WORLD TRANSLATION" [Jehova witness Bible] and then offered some more words that I am not rasta because InI  had a blood transfusion due to complications during childbirth.
InI is aware that to uphold InI LIVITY  that organ donations, unnatural contraception, sterilisation, and blood transfusions are likely to be avoided but InI know that Father God would rather InI am alive to look after I young family who father is absent.we live in a country foreign to I birth with Blood relatives residing back home who are not close to InI,I refuse to believe that Father God would rather I refused 4 pints of blood ,die  leave behind my 4 children have them grow up in the Babylonian care system, to prove InI faith. I overstand the repercussions that blood transfusions can bring, and that you have part of that persons dna absorbed into yuh system but I also believe that Jah could as easily taken my life with out the window of opportunity of medical intervention, InI believe Jah got I through the ordeal  in order for InI to be as consistant as HIM in InI childrens life growing them in the love and overstanding of RASTAFARI .


InI  apologise for I ramblings  and pray for a little overstanding to InI wording I am feeling just a touch passionate tonight.

Sounds like this one was mostly confused about him being Rasta. If he really knew JAH law then he would know that life and death situation always come first.  Satta u self and bless up, cause JAH gave you life to praise HIM and not fits ones limitation or expectation.

if the bro truly know Jahs teachings he also would have respected your believes
and wouldn't try to make you read a new bible that was written by the same Europeans that stole peoples land and put Africans in slavery for 400 years..

There is not much here that has not already been said but InI shall repeat for emphasis. Jah gave us life to live, thus we do what we must to survive. Yes any type of extensive medical procedure should be avoided-that is not in terms of faith but merely because of the Is safety and health. As the I put it, the I must be here for the I's youths who need their mother, thus if medical procedures are neccessary for one's survival BY ALL MEANS GO!
Your family needs the I alive and we would all rather you were here as well, you are our sista. While some Rastas may disagree, InI have this belief.
With response to false gods, InI always view His Majesty as the Elect of Jah, and Jah's representative rather than Jah himself, but what the I believes is what the I believes and Rastafari is an openminded faith, many Idren forget that they are the voice of themselves and not the voice of Jah but pay them no mind.

HA HA HA!! That is so true, sounds like an impasta, not a rasta. Read every single bible you can find and overstand the scriptures. I cant stand when people take any scripture literally as the direct words of god. Jah Fiya

This blood transfusion shit, InI would gladly give another my blood, an organ, what ever is needed to SAVE THEIR LIFE!  Life is jahs greatest gift to us, why would we let babylon take the life of our bredren and sistren? InI have nothing against Blood transfusions or organ donation, you can call me what you want.  InI know jah wont mind me sharing his gift..

Very true. Our deaths and rising to Jah can save lives with organ donations and such however I'm not sure if I would choose amputation over life.. A man should never be dismantled. It's hard to say where we should draw the line I think.
