As once Haile Selssie I, King of Kings, The conquering lion of Judah, said... "Africans will fight untill the color of a mans skin is of no more significance then the color of a his eyes"... Might have not been the exact words at "african will fight" but thats what he said... If our king of kings see no bad in any skin color, and if Jah allmighty does, why should we? We all come from Africa far back in time, so we're all a shade of brown indeed!

Give thanks Fiyah for the words of wisdom. You say many white people are victims of white supremacy - yes you are correct.  From time there have been class systems, and in some ways white people have themselves been enslaved by poverty, politricks, regimes, wars.

Family let me share with you my experience.   Some of you that know me know that as I white child I was sent to stay with my cousins, who many will call " mixed race".  I knew nothing but love, comfort and warmth at a time when I needed it.   I saw nothing but my own flesh and blood.  In the mornings I climbed with my cousins into their father's bed to learn maths and have stories told.    I didn't know they were stories of Africa, I didn't realise that the drums we were playing with as toys were from his homeland.  The wall hangings were taken for granted, but today I know they were Yoruba artworks.  When I ate food I accepted it as the family meal - not knowing that at school people would think I ate " funny food ".  I had the beauty of Africa bestowed  on me. I sat in line wishing that I could have my " white " hair plaited and not understanding why I couldnt.

My skin is white but I know that Africa beats within me.   My cousin is mixed race, but he teaches people about H.I.M and he knows his African roots.  My cousin's children, who share the same genes and DNA as me are beautiful black Princesses.  The eldest daughter lives in my home and I see it as my duty to teach her about Jah and her culture.   

Now I am a " big woman"  approaching 52 years.  Dread, my Jamaican man has taken me into his huge family.   His mum is " mum " to me, asI no longer have a mother of my own - but I know that every Sunday "mum" has a dinner on the table for me - she cooks rice n peas for the world !.  There is so much love coming from her kitchen you can truly feel it.   My cousin's children come with me and sit as part of one family and she is like grandmother to all.  Maybe this seems like Utopia - but it is real and it is happening.

I don't deal with isms and skisms.   I let Jah guide, and I hope that one day we shall all share the experience of  One Love.

telling black people that you are equal to anyone/everyone. so stand up find your voice and find your courage

By white mans god he is obviously referring to Jesus.   It's interesting that Marcus Garvey was a Roman Catholic and Selassie was a Christian belonging to the Ethiopian Orthodox Church who both recognize Jesus as the savior of all mankind.   One of Selassie's most famous quotes was "a man without Christ is like a man lost at sea".
