Ital summer drinks

If anybody has a recipe for a good summer drink, preferably fruity, I'd love to know it! Jah bless.

Sorrell & Ginger - a Jamaican Ital drink

1 pound sorrel
2-4 oz. ginger
2 quarts water
sugar

1.Wash sorrel thoroughly, using the fingers to lift it form the water. Put into stainless steel container.
2.Scrape and wash ginger. Grate and Add to the sorrel.
3.Boil water and pour over sorrel. Allow to stand 4-6 hours. Strain.
4.Sweeten to taste
5.Serve with ice cubes.

I got this definition of Sorrel on line. It can be purchased in UK in Afro Caribbean shops

In the Caribbean, sorrel typically refers to Jamaican Red Sorrel or Roselle. It is also commonly known as hibiscus. A popular dark red sorrel beverage has a sweet, spiced flavor. Roselle is also used in tarts and jellies, and the fiber is used by craftspeople.
