Today is christmas so the fam and myself had lunch and went out aftaward to the beach. i swam wit da kids. it was allgud. aftaward i was admiring the sea, the mountain an all of jah's creations an gave thanx. then i askd jah to give me strength....

Jah was probably cleansing your spirit of bad energies. in some spiritual cleansing ceremonies the person will cry or feel very tense emotions. It is a sign brotha, what probably happened was, the good and clean energy was forcing the bad out.

Ites! Yes bredda, showing emotions is good fi body and mind... If we keep all emotions inside all the time, we will not make it 'till the end! So when you cried, you let your emotions out, and you felt better afterwards, yes? That is Irie! Whethever it was God or not, i dont know. Only you know if it was, because it was you who experienced it. But as God created us, created our bodies, emotions and minds, then when you cry, its his work.. Your emotions, and he made them. So when you cry, and when you are happy, and when angry, its all a work of him, is it not? Bless up!
