as everyone has sed time is the key
patience and it will come
i am fully white (not that it matters)
bt my hair is not curly it is naturaly straight
but my advice is to
wash it as u usualy would
(dont use any conditioners just shampoo)
and dont brush it your hair will start to knot
and u then have to wrip the dreads into the way you want
them to grow then they will start to grow that way.

after about a year my hair has dreaded at the back
the front takes the longest.

blessed love

Peace all.
IandI wants dreads, too.   But first the I must learn about the Rastafari, seen?  There's no reason to rush it, just wash as regular but don't comb it or cut it.   Works really well.   Peace on you Idren.
Jah Bless.

Now let me tell you mon, if you don't mind with some extra work you can start your dreads at about 8cm.  Then you'll have to tighten them by back combing and wax them regularly if you are using wax.  Rubber bands will  keep them together till they start to lock up.  Starting dreadlocks short takes awhile longer but when they grow they will be nice and smooth.

Does I and I Nazarite vow not forbid the combing of I and I hair? That is something I and I must leave behind and I and I locks are the symbolisation of that. All this talk of combs and wax is foolishness.

Blessed love.

Listen to RastaNick, just wash the I's hair and let it grow.   The locks will come forth in due Time and Season.

I took Iman about 2. 5 years for I locks to sprout up.
