How can the I simplify I life? with all these technologies around us. modes of transportation. cell phones. I mean there are parts of the world where a lot has not made it to yet. but being born into a wealthy family has its ups and downs. many things in life i value..non materialistic. but with others around me they dont own there possesions there possesions own them.

How to stick mainly to life? Define life first, or your perspective, or view of life. Then answer the question, if life to Ini is living simply and learning, then technology will pass Ini by. However if you stray from Ini faith, or roots and stop the everlasting quest for knowledge, technology will take hold. Stay true.

  in order to simplify life one must live simply.  We must look at what we do in our days and  then be aware of how to remain close to the core of simplicity.
  The busi-ness most people experience in a day can cause continual distraction from what is basic to all, breath.  Slow down and watch the flow of what comes to you in a day.  Do not speak for one day, speech in and of itself is a willfullness, a desire to exerscise ones will.

  It would be interesting if ones could expound on what it is that they are trying to simplify.  What is it that occurs that causes the confusing mess of drama that most live in. 

  I in I ,  is not just a people, it is the oneness of relationship with Jah.  spend some time and see that Jah is the driver in your life.  Our job is to pick up the signals as they appear as countless opportunities to do good and there all around us.

the main thing that bugs I is I phone. computer, internet and TV.

most i can go astray with,and have no problem. its just the communication. bob marley once went through this struggle with the cars he owned. InI think I recall this from the Kebra nagast on the pre text that bob was used to push carts and his manager tried explaining that those times are gone. time to buy a bus for the band. haha

fact is, the world will be in a constant change with new things but breaking it down to what the I needs for a healthy spiritual journey is key.
