yes it is the same.  the only differences with rasta is that we realise that not everything the catholic church and different government powers throughout history, have told us is true.  there are many things to do with black history which has been 'lost' both from history and religion.  rastas read the holy book page to page as any other good christian should, and make up their own minds about the truth without being told what is the 'truth' by people who are a part of a system built on corruption.

Props for the post, man.  It's a little known fact that many viewpoints held by organized religion came about by popular vote, rather than scriptural evidence.  With that being known, it only makes sense that someone turn to JAH and his scripture, rather than man in finding truth.
