Wondering if anyone on here has read the Miguel F. Brooke's translation. Bless, Ras Moses.

I think the online copy on Ark I's site is that translation. I have been looking for a paper copy since the only copy I have is the abridged version edited by Gerald Hausman but it has proved difficult to track down.

Blessed love.

Yes I have that one and have read it. Just wanted to know : are there any "big" differences in the different translations ?

O.K. I just did the math on that myself...I see that Gerald Hausman has added a story of his own encounters with Rasta in his translation.
Is that the only difference ? Does anyone know ?

As far as I know, the translation is roughly the same. The only difference in the Gerald Hausman version is that it cuts out some parts of the original text and has stories about Rastafari. Better the man had left the full text in there to be honest although the stories in there are good for learning many things.

Give thanks for the link. I'll be sure to give it a read once I've finished what I'm reading at the moment.
