What foolishness is this?

Knowledge is the foundation of Reasoning. I and I cannot Reason without knowledge and this is a place for sharing knowledge and Reasoning. You want to gain knowledge and Reason then stick around, but if you are the wolf Iman suspect then by all means leave.

I have to reply to what has been said, even though I think I may be wasting my time.

Whatever word used to describe it we need to study and evaluate the past to put ourselves, and the present, into context and plan for the future.  If you object to the word 'history' then by all means make yourself clear.

The study of black civilizations is not taught in UK schools and certainly not in the church.  In fact, schools in the UK (and I presume many other places) do not even teach that Khemetians were black, but some red-skin colour.

Meditation and herb has to be balanced with concrete historical knowledge, as we are in the business of truth here, and truth takes many forms - spiritual, physical, historical.  If you are aware of the Afrikan parts of the self, you will know that one part of the self is ancestral.  You have to know your heritage.  Or are you going to do as the white man has taught you and just focus on from when Europeans arrived in Afrika?  THe history of Afrika is one of the most relevant studies to RasTafarI, as the driving force behind Rasta is Afrikan liberation as you have rightly stated on the other thread.

You have a reasonable point with the use of the word 'history' but you will get a lot further if you can explain your thoughts more clearly and Reason properly, rather than dismissing a thread with an oversimplified opinion written in one sentence.

Jah bless

Perhaps it was rash to call wolf so quick but surely the I can see why I thought so? I and I are only seeking to increase knowledge in here on a subject that is obviously misoverstood by some of the younger Ones here, and then a man comes in calling it lame with no Itribution to the Reasoning... That raises suspicion in I eyes and I'm sure I'm not the only one feeling that. Through the internet it's not easy to get a measure of a man apart from by what he writes. If I got I measure wrong then that is I folly and it can be made right.

Blessed love.
