When someone nags I enough to get I into a ballot booth, I write Haile Selassie I in place of any other candidate.
Give I His Majesty's Righteous governance over any communism, demo-crazy, capitalism or whatever.
Blessed love.

I think whether you do or not depends on what you are trying to achieve. You may support or reject a political party in your country if they would fund/interfere with your works.
I do not think it wise to dismiss politics out of hand altogether. Yes Babylon is corrupt. But to bring Babylon down InI must have an alternative to put in place. Therefore ideas for economic systems and governance should be considered.
Jah bless

True that when babylon falls, I and I will have to build up a new thing, but that can't be anything like this politics I and I see going on now. Even the word politics means 'multiple faces' and that sums up pretty much everything wrong with it. Any system built by I and I would be honest in a way that politics can't be.
Blessed love.

Yes Nazarite. I suppose we are just debating the extent or scope of the word 'politics'.

I have heard some people say that I and I must get involved with the political system if I and I want to achieve I and I goals, and it is undeniable that many aspects of I and I goals might be viewed as fiercely 'political'. Many of the things I and I stand for or against might be considered to be 'radical political positions' in babylon. Don't get I wrong, if there was a genuine RastafarI party or candidate in this politrickal system I would go out and vote for them, but really I don't see that happening. Here at least, to be part of babylon's politics and actually get anything done, they charge the price of one soul, and once someone sells that out then I could never trust them to do what is Right instead of keeping babylon's status quo. To I it seems much better that I and I build up I and I own thing from the roots up, rather than getting mixed up in babylon. That could never last.
That being said, I find Iself at this time having to mix up with it a little bit at this time. Recently I had to ask a Labour party councilor to look into some things going on with Fairfield House, because the council are going to try and sell it again in the near future and I need to know how long I and I have to prepare a fightback. What I fear though is that because Labour are in opposition now and fighting a rhetoric war with the coalition government over cuts and all that, he will use the situation to hijack the cause for his partys own ends and grab votes at the next election. Aside from the fact in the first place that the council are trying to sell something so valuable to the community and I and I RastafarI, that is exactly the kind of behaviour that makes I so distrustful of politics. If the council weren't being so tight lipped with information and I didn't think there was a greater threat looming on the horizon, I wouldn't ever have asked the man to look into it.
Blessed love.
