Okay brothers.  Thank you for your guidance.

I have but one more question and a statement.

My question-  Can one still eat meat, and be a rastaman?

My statement- Either way, I overstand what you are saying, and I think I will SLOWLY try to make a change

you are what you do. rastaman is a livity. i don't really judge a brother for what he eat. i would advice a cautious common sense approach.

The I would maybe say " can you still eat meat and call I-self civilised". The I is not saying flesh eaters are un-civilised but if they need to take a life to feed theirs what does that tell the I? Does it not show more compassion for the animals and the earth if we shun their meat grown with their witchcraft to become a genetic abnormality that was not designed to exist from creation. Pumped full of drugs and growth hormones to produce as much flesh in an un-natural amount of time. Drugs that pass into the body when eaten. What about the seas's ? Almost swept clean of all life to provide both flesh for man and fertilizer to grow crops for beasts to graze on so they can be fat to eat? Or the huge deforestation of dwindling land to provide room for more food animals to supply the insatible demand for cheap meat for the majority world to gorge itself obese on 3 times the calorie count needed for a healthy  life whilst the majority of the world goes to bed hungry?
The I finds it more spiritually and physically satisfying to eat a healthy and balanced meal knowing that as little damage as possible was done to mamma earth and other living things to sustain I life.
