One line from a Wailers song came into my mind today : "remember that the whole world we are one" . I remember it was a ska song. Does anyone know the name of it? I can't seem to find it.

No, it's not Guiltiness. It's an early ska record and I think it is sung by Bunny Wailer as the vocalist.

Also, the thing that reminded me about it is a rehearsal of Pass It On from the Man to Man collection. I know Bunny has a song which is pure reggae (not ska) and he says "remember that we whole a come from Africa" and a few lines from that Pass It On rehearsal but it's not that song, it's a song sung under the name of "The Wailers", not from his solo career.
