transparency in law enforcement is important to make sure lawful dissenters are not persecuted under the guise of targeting public enemy #1.

From a lot of your statements I get the idea that you like the idea of law-enforcement, government etc.  There are many other models of living.  Look outside the box.  Read about governance in Africa and other non-Western places - djemaa, village meetings etc.  Read about alternative structures, invent alternative structures.

We are not here to improve Babylon we are here to bun it down, for it is rotten to the core.  Seen?

i was looking at the (international) community's responsibility to prevent abuse among neighbours. it takes a bit of working together in a group of people i think and if ones call that structure, meeting or government is really to argue of the wrong thing.
