Any other Rastas drink green tea? I find it is a great stimulant to use instead of cofee and it offers many health benefits that counteract many cancers and also burns fat. It is also very I-tal

i drink "white blood" (milk) acoss i needa tha calcium and i prefer milk to powder milk.

I personally don't drink "white blood" but a great substitute is
soya milk or rice milk. I don't reccommend buying the ones
from the store because they contain alot of sugars and preservatives.
Your best bet would be to make your own. I have a recipe at home that
I can share next time and the outcome is wonderful. I'm sure you will all enjoy.
