I got a Rastafarian Cook Book, but I gave it to a friend. When I get it back I'll post some recipes too.
Thank you a lot, Empress!

your Ital recipies are great! Thank you Empress. any other recipies for breakfast? What milk do you recomend is best apart from dairy? Also how many Rasta's drink the "white blood?"

Any other Rastas drink green tea? I find it is a great stimulant to use instead of cofee and it offers many health benefits that counteract many cancers and also burns fat. It is also very I-tal

I personally don't drink "white blood" but a great substitute is soya milk or rice milk. I don't reccommend buying the ones from the store because they contain alot of sugars and preservatives. Your best bet would be to make your own. I have a recipe at home that I can share next time and the outcome is wonderful. I'm sure you will all enjoy. Bless
