Greetings in the name of the Most High, Last night it popped into my head that I should get an Ital cookbook while I was lying in bed. I found "the Rasta Cookbook" and will hopefully recieve it soon. This food is going to taste so much better though, as food spread word of mouth is ONLY good! Thank you all very much and Yah Bless!
