Any other Rastas drink green tea? I find it is a great stimulant to use instead of cofee and it offers many health benefits that counteract many cancers and also burns fat. It is also very I-tal

I personally don't drink "white blood" but a great substitute is
soya milk or rice milk. I don't reccommend buying the ones
from the store because they contain alot of sugars and preservatives.
Your best bet would be to make your own. I have a recipe at home that
I can share next time and the outcome is wonderful. I'm sure you will all enjoy.

Greetings in the name of the Most High,
Last night it popped into my head that I should get an Ital cookbook while I was lying in bed. I found "the Rasta Cookbook" and will hopefully recieve it soon. This food is going to taste so much better though, as food spread word of mouth is ONLY good! Thank you all very much and Yah Bless!
