i prefer to listen to roots reggae because dub music is generally lacking the schooling lyrics.

I'd say I probably listen to Roots more than Dub, but I listen to Dub more so when I've had a heavy day and just need to relax a bit.

I'm listening to the one and only, Mr Marley - Don't Worry, Be Happy.  This song literally changed my whole outlook on life.  I suffered with sever anxiety and worried about everything.  But, the first time I listened to this I just stopped.  I stopped worrying about life's little problems and focused on being happy.

Favourite Quote - 'You will frown, but that will bring everybody down.  Dont worry, Be happy' :)
