Me neither before hearing more about it... There's no swedish men that i've seen who are circumcised... Only if they are muslims or not full swedish... But in America its very common also to get circumcised! I had no choice, i was just a baby boy hehe... But im glad i am circumcised anyway! Feels more natural for me as i've been my whole life. Bless!

Seen! But still, it would be worse to get circumcised now dont you think? Because you would know exactly what was going on and you would be thinking "What if something happens, what if....". But when your a baby you dont have those worries, then its easier to get circumcised aswell.

Exactly. So its better if your a baby, because then you wont even think "Did i do the right thing or...". You wont regret it, because you didnt experience the feeling with you not being circumcised, right. So then there will be no doubts as you have lived like that your whole life. Its easier for the mind aswell as for the body that way. Bless!

We all have different oppinions and thats why we're reasoning right. To hear others oppinions and tell our own, and sometimes learn from the others. So Rootsridge i raspect your oppinion to ofcourse. If we all thought the same we wouldnt be able to have this huge forum with discussions and such because then we would just agree with eachother. Bless!

Wise words Adam indeed :D I hope to one day be Circumcised in the true Israelite way. The Bible of course should be taken literally but we also have to remember the Bible we see today is not the Bible Moses and Jesus preached. Christianity and corrupt organizations i believe have corrupted the Sacred texts for Generations i believe. But the essence of the Torah stays the same.

I agree with the I who states that;if there is a medical problem then by all means be circumcised!
But personally I can see no "godly need" to undergo that process!
Circumcision is a man made ritual - based upon the fact that an unclean foreskin can harbour disease!
But if one rolls backthe skin and washes regularly then - there is no problem! But also bear in mind it was a vicious practice
that the victor demanded of the vanquished. Indeed didn't  Simeon and Levi slew a tribe after requiring them to cut off their skins!!
I don't see any justification for that whatsoever!

Whilst we talking about circumcision it would be remiss of not to allude to Female Genital Mutilation (female circumcision) which is just an barbaric affront to anything decent, or godly for that matter.

Yes people readily take up ridiculous, barbaric traditions and ritualistic practices that they don't even know the origin's of much less the purpose.

Just two points I would like to touch upon in your post!
1) You say that you want one day to be circumcised in the true israelite way - which true israelite is that then?
2) Which true way of circumcision are you referring to!

Just out of interest; why would you belatedly want to undertake this process, which is not some practice that can be said to originate
from the First Source and Creator!!

Also, whereas you rightly state that the bible has been corrupted over generations, I do not agree with your view of the Torah, which has been
re-written and amended many times. Also one should note that the Talmud (and other writings) from which the Torah stems (and which I am assuming you also hold dear) are in fact the root basis of the corrupting influences of the bible!"

It is indeed quite an Honor the viciousness some will display towards faith and people of faith. I'll give my opinion on circumcision but first let me ask what evidence this I has of amending and rewriting in the Torah and its sourcing from the Talmud or is this just a convenient lie to spout because it aligns with a g-d hating agenda?
Circumcision is certainly a practice that can be and is said to originate from the "First source and Creator". One of the secret purposes of circumcision and one of the aspects that make it holy is that it discourages masturbation. Carry on Children....

I suppose there is almost a case for circumcision as a disease prevention before personal hygiene was prevalent, except that there would also be an enormous danger of infection in getting done before germs and sterile conditions were part
of medical practice.  With cleanliness a more common practice today, I just
don't think there is any medical need for it.
Concerning faith circumision, there are rights of passage in many cultures and faiths. Some more cruel and barbaric than others.
It does seem that male and female circumcision are amoung the most barbaric.
With all the writing and re-writing of scriptures over the centuries it is virtually
impossible that they have not been corupted by those doing the writing. Sometimes by honest mistake.  sometimes to promote a personal agenda.
Circumcision is a measure intended to control peoples behavior. A behavior,
that quite frankly is none of the business of the people trying to control it.
A persons sexual behavior is up to that person to  decide not up to leadership
of any organization. The decision and the responablilty lies with the individual,
not anyone else.
If someone choses to ascribe to a faith that requires that.I do suppose that is their choice also. I would just hope they would do it in an informed manner and not in blind obedience.
I do personally feel that blind obedience without rational thought is one of the most dangerous phenomina that exists.
No person should ever give up their right to think for themself to anyone.
It is then that they lose their humanity. They become little more than a trained
animal in someone elses circus.

Bless and love to all
