I Am Legend Bob Marley References...
« on: February 12, 2008, 10:50:11 AM »

If any of you have seen I am Legend there is a scene when Will Smith is explaining to someone who Bob Marley is.

I thought it was pretty great and accurate, what did the rest of you think?

Here is the link to the scene on youtube by the way

Obviously the title is a reference to BM&W's too
I am going to see the Wailers on saturday!
haven't seen the movie, but I guess we will have to, seeing as Bob is featured
and its being called "one of the greatest movies ever made"
RastaFarI!!!!!
yesterday, to honour "valentines day" some wonderful African dancers dancing a courtship dance and a drummer playing the talking drum were featured on a commercial news program (sorry I didn't catch the specifics)
RastaFarI!!!!!!!
lots of likkle signs abound to show the strength and evidence of RastaFarI people and culture filtering in to mainstream culture!!!!
I am noticing
does it cheapen we or give glory unto Jah RastaFarI?
I am thinking the latter
RastaFarI!!!!!!
and finally, our new government is starting to acknowledge and repent for the atrocities perpetuated upon Aboriginal people in this country and they are talking about "healing and unifying the nation"
RastaFarI!!!!!!
Look up people, Jah Kingdom Come
and Btw, I am a woman, so call I sistah not brother, thanks
