Fruit juice

i drink a lot of fruit juice but i am not sure whether it is better, or more ital to drink juice from concentrate or not from concentrate or if this matters at all. also are any types of fruit juice better than others (eg apple/orange etc)

To I knowlegde....most fruit juice concentrates are made up with fluoridated water....
this is either healthful nor ital as fluoride is a by-product of aluminum and is linked to degenerative brain functioning .....I think you will find a thread reasonong pon fluoridated water right here, in Rasta Livity.....
 TIK (to I knowledge)....most organically grown fruit juices can be trusted to have equally ital water added, however Whole juiced fruit juices are by far superior to the concentrate....
as a general guideline.(keeping in mind, that there are exceptions)....the least processed the better...... with fresh-picked or fallen organically cultivated or wild fruit being the most healthful-and-full-of-vitality, then store bought fruit over fruit juice and fresh squeezed or pressed over concentrate.....

 i don't really know much about fruit juice but although it is good for you make sure to have at least 8 glasses of water a day water is very ital. it cleans out your kidneys and just about every thing u put in to your body passes by the kidneys so its important to have clean n healthy kidneys if u don't want to deal with kidney stones. those are not fun
