You have mis-overstood it Idren/Sistren...
It comes from "Reaping what you sow."
That means (in true english) - that the "seeds that you sow" (the seeds you plant) are the the seeds you reap (the seeds/plants you pluck out).
So...in Rasta WORD sound and power - that means everything you do (good or bad) is what you get (sow) -. If you sow bad seeds - bad plants is what you get - if you sow good seeds....you get nice, healthy plants !
In other words : if you do bad..."worse" gonna get you...if you do "good"...better are gonna get you !!
